Based in modern offices in North London and with a highly motivated team of 25 people, our client is one of the UK's leading Communications agencies which has been consistently ranked in the top 10 of Televisual Magazine's 'Corporate Top 50 Survey' since 1999. They offer comprehensive communications and event services to a wide range of major clients all around the world.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Events Producer to complement the current senior level producing team.

Their key responsibilities will be to win, lead, deliver and ensure repeat business. In doing so, they must demonstrate ability in the following:
Creative inspiration and management including participation in brainstorms, composing pitch materials and creative writing where appropriate, working with the Studio to develop and interpret creative themes, presentation of winning, creative ideas to clients and directing on-stage action with theatrical stagecraft and presentation techniques.
Content management by understanding and conversing at high client levels with appropriate business terminology, engaging in awareness of our client's industry, be able to interpret key messages and advise speakers on content delivery. They will have experience in rehearsing presenters effectively both on and off-stage and on camera at the most senior levels.
Strategic management of their projects including KPIs, client's communication strategy, advice on channels of communication, building and maintaining a relationship with the client beyond an individual project and leading all commercial meetings with the client, Directors and staff.
Effectively manage their project team work allocation and resources to successfully work on and deliver multiple events and projects at any one time.
Financial management including the development and delivery of profitable budgets, management of procurement level conversations with clients and suppliers, excellent negotiation skills and demonstrate margin management.
In addition to the above, the successful applicant will also need to be a great communicator, be articulate and well educated, they will be pro-active and have initiative and be capable of working in a fast changing environment where priorities and requirements change on a daily basis according to the work flow. Experience of managing staff will be essential.
