SALARY: £750 per day

SESSIONS REQUIRED: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 09:00-17:00 15 patients + 30 minutes self-generated admin. Visits and help with prescriptions may be required.

COMPUTER SYSTEM: SystmOne or EMIS WEB
