Jim is our longest-serving full time employee, and has enjoyed many roles with us during his 11 year tenure. Jim joined us to work in our Digital and Creative department and after three years switched roles to work with our owner Scott to establish our Medical division. After assisting in building up a successful new division, Jim became one of our senior management team, working with the other members in shaping a future business strategy. His path is an example of the opportunities we show our loyal and smart team.
Joe is celebrating a decade with Agenda this year, having joined us as a trainee recruitment consultant in the medical team. Joe spearheaded the evolution of our medical practice and was central to our ISO compliance implementation. Today Joe is a business manager, running our successful GP team. Joe prides himself on having one eye on the future of the medical and recruitment industry and has been right at the centre of our recent business transformation.
Ellie joined us two years ago as a Recruitment Apprentice and passed her Apprenticeship with flying colours. Ellie worked in recruitment for a year, and then decided to take on a different role at Agenda to allow her to go back to study social science at University. We were keen to keep Ellie and offered her a flexible role that helped us to retain her talent, and to also complete her studies.
We first met Elaine as a candidate and successfully placed Elaine twice in creative roles. After becoming a mum Elaine decided to take on a different challenge of recruitment, and we were excited to welcome her into our business. Elaine now lives and breathes the world of a creative and successfully manages our print creative and freelance desk. She boasts a natural curiosity about people and what they do and enjoys getting under the skin of a business to understand its DNA. As a full-time mum, we are flexible with Elaine’s hours to allow her to fit work around her children. We look to offer mums and dads all the flexibility that they need to raise their children.
