Our Client, an 80 million pound turnover recruitment consultancy is looking to recruit a resourcer in Warrington. You would be expected to work alongside the manager and the growing team covering the trades & industrial recruitment industry. In return you will receive good training, eventually have the opportunity of becoming a recruitment consultant, a good basic salary and excellent commission structure.

The right candidate would have good general level of education. Ideally, recruitment knowledge or a background in the construction industry. Experience of dealing with clients face to face or over the telephone. Involved in administration and the maintenance of a database.

Must be, Enthusiastic, highly motivated with a desire to succeed. Flexible, able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Self confident and resilient. Organised multi tasker.
