My client is a leading Telecoms, Finance and Legal recruitment consultancy, specializing in all forms of IT and Telecommunications project and operations recruitment assignments with a focus on mid to senior management profiles. Currently based in Dubai, with offices opening shortly in Asia, they provide tailored, quality oriented recruitment services to clients and candidates throughout the MENA and Asia Pac region.

As a result of the continued growth of their business and exciting expansion plans, they are looking to recruit a number of additional Consultants/Senior Consultants to join their established and growing team. With significant projected growth over the next few years they are looking for established recruiters to help them build on their significant success in the Middle East region and drive their business forward in Asia. Success in the role will involve application of a diverse range of skills; you will be required to apply their unique process to facilitate the completion of assignments as well as achieve demonstrable success in business development and proactively build strong relationships with clients based on excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will be highly proactive with a strong background in recruitment, preferably in Telecoms / Legal / Financial Recruitment. You will relish the challenge, buzz and pressure of a target driven, sales environment and in turn be driven to apply your skill sets to facilitate both your own professional as well as organizational growth. The ability to create and manage a solid network of contacts is essential, as is fluent written and oral English. Basic – Upto £30k (tax free) OTE – £100k + (tax free)
